摘要
目的评估新疆部分地区不同年龄儿童头颅和胸部CT检查的辐射剂量水平,为优化新疆儿童CT方案提供依据。方法选择区内二级和三级医院中接受头颅或胸部CT医学影像检查的儿童,按照调查表收集并分析辐射剂量相关因素及结果数据。结果不同年龄组儿童头颅扫描各容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)差异有统计学意义(F=4.728,P<0.01),但胸部平扫CTDIvol差异无统计学意义(F=1.307,P>0.05);不同年龄组儿童头颅扫描(F=5.691)和胸部平扫(F=4.551)剂量长度乘积(DLP)值差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),头颅(F=1.294)和胸部(F=2.318)有效剂量(E)差异均无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论新疆部分地区儿童头颅和胸部CT辐射剂量及方案与国家其他地区基本一致,但有待进一步优化。
Objective To evaluate the level of radiation dose of CT examination in head and chest of children at different ages in part of Xinjiang, so as to provide evidence for optimizing the CT solution for children in Xinjiang. Methods The children accepted CT medical examination on head or chest were selected in secondary and tertiary hospitals in the region.The data of relevant factors and results of radiation dose were collected and analyzed according to the questionnaire. Results There was statistical difference(F=4.728, P<0.01) in the CT volume Dose Index(CTDIvol) values of cranial computed tomography, but no statistical difference in the same values of chest scanning(F=1.307, P>0.05) among the children of different age groups. There were statistical differences(P<0.01) in the DLP values of cranial computed tomography(F=5.691) and chest scanning(F=4.551), among the children of different age groups, and no statistical differences(P>0.01) in the E value of cranial computed tomography(F=1.294) and chest scanning(F=2.318). Conclusions The CT radiation dose in head and chest of children and the solution program in some areas of Xinjiang are basically consistent with that in other parts of the country, but remain to be further optimized.
