摘要
高管对创新的重视程度和风险判断,是企业创新投入决策的重要影响因素,必然受到高管的知识和经验的影响。而职业流动是高管知识和经验积累的重要途径,因此其职业流动的路径及结果,必然影响着企业的创新投入的规模和方向。本文的实证结果表明:跨企业的职业流动经历、跨企业的职业流动频次以及“跨界”职业流动经历都对企业的研发投入具有正向影响。
Top managers'attention and risk judgment on innovation is key influencing factor to enterprise's innovation investment and impacted by their knowledge and experience.As an important way to accumulate knowledge and experience,the career path of top managers'occupational mobility influences the Scale and direction of innovation investment.Empirical results of this paper indicate that occupational mobility across different enterprises and systems and high-frequency mobility significantly facilitates innovation investment.
