摘要
针对多中段同步开采、作业点面多且分散、通风线路长等问题的矿井,提出了利用浅孔留矿法采场顺路天井改造通风天井的方法。通过实践表明,该通风天井能满足通风系统改造要求,施工方便、经济成本低且安全生产系数高,可有效改善井下通风系统,优化井下作业环境,解决人工掘进天井安全系数及效率低、机械掘进经济成本高的问题。
In view of the problems of synchronous mining in multiple middle sections,many and scattered operation points and surfaces and long ventilation lines,a method of transforming the ventilation patio along the way of the stope by using the shallow hole shrinkage method is proposed.The practice shows that the ventilation patio can meet the requirements of ventilation system transformation,with convenient construction,low economic cost and high safety production coefficient.It can effectively improve the underground ventilation system,optimize the underground operation environment,and solve the problems of low safety coefficient and efficiency of manual excavation and high economic cost of mechanical excavation.
