摘要
在现代建筑项目管理中,工期控制的关键地位不言而喻,如何通过行之有效的工期控制方法路径,全面优化提升建筑项目管理整体实效,成为建筑领域内备受关注的课题之一。基于此,本文首先介绍了项目管理中工期控制的重要性,分析了建筑项目管理工期控制现状及存在问题,并结合相关实践经验,分别从建立健全项目工期控制规则方法体系等多个角度与方面,探讨了工期控制在建筑项目管理中的多元化实施路径,望对项目工期控制实践有所裨益。
In modern construction project management,the key position of construction period control is self-evident.How to comprehensively optimize and improve the overall effectiveness of construction project management through effective construction period control methods and paths has become one of the topics that has attracted much attention in the construction field.Based on this,this paper firstly introduces the importance of construction period control in project management,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of construction project management construction period control,and combines relevant practical experience to establish and improve project construction period control rules and methods from various perspectives and aspects.discusses the diversified implementation paths of construction period control in construction project management,and hopes to be beneficial to the practice of project construction period control.
