摘要 为了研究盾构施工中滚刀最常见的破坏方式及内在原因,并为高性能滚刀的研制提供突破方向,依托广佛东环线龙洞站~大源站区间施工项目,阐述滚刀的破岩机理和组成结构,统计并分析滚刀不同形式的失效概率,得出滚刀主要的三种破坏形式,根据概率由高到低依次为刀圈正常过度磨损、刀圈偏磨、刀圈断裂或崩刃,结合刀圈硬度和韧性的检测结果,分析了其内在原因,最后针对性的提出了三种高性能滚刀研制的关键技术,对高寿命硬岩滚刀的研制提供参考方向具有重大意义。 In order to study the most common failure modes and internal causes of hobs in shield construction and provide a breakthrough direction for the development of high-performance hobs,relying on the construction project between Longdong Station and Dayuan Station on the Guangfo East Ring Line,this paper expounds the rock breaking mechanism and composition structure of the hob,counts and analyzes the failure probability of different forms of hob,and obtains three main failure forms of hobs,according to the probability from high to low,the order is normal excessive wear of the tool ring,eccentric wear of the tool ring,fracture or edge collapse of the tool ring.Combined with the test results of hardness and toughness of tool ring,the internal causes are analyzed.Finally,three key technologies for the development of high-performance hobs are put forward,which has great reference significance for the development direction of high-life hard rock hobs.
