摘要
随着电网大力推进数字新基建建设,以数字电网为特征的新型电力系统对时间同步的精准度、可靠度需求逐步提升。本文通过分析现有时间同步网技术以及电力通信网业务对时间同步需求,剖析了时间同步接口、信号与协议等技术体制,设计了电力时间同步网建设方案,并提出了电力时间同步各级时间同步实现方式。
As the power grid vigorously promotes the construction of new digital infrastructure,new power systems featuring digital power grids gradually increase the accuracy and reliability of time synchronization.This paper analyzes the existing time synchronization network technology and the power communication network business's requirements for time synchronization,analyzes the time synchronization interface,signal and protocol and other technical systems,designs a power time synchronization network construction plan,and proposes power time synchronization at all levels.Synchronous implementation.
