摘要
高速铁路四电工程是一项多方参与,多专业协调,多工种交叉作业的系统性工程,受制于施工线路长、范围广、工点多、工序复杂、施工专业接口多等因素影响,施工进度管理困难。本文以新福厦铁路四电工程为依托,将BIM技术应用到施工进度动态管理中。通过BIM+GIS管理平台将参数化模型与施工进度计划、实时进度数据结合,帮助工程管理人员直观的掌握工程的现场实时进度情况,及时对进度计划的实施情况做出响应,确保项目施工进度目标的实现。
The high-speed railway four-electric project is a systematic project involving multiple construction parties,multiple disciplines,and multiple types of cross-operations.It is limited by factors such as long construction lines,wide scope,multiple work points,complex procedures,and multiple professional interfaces involved in construction,It is difficult to manage the construction schedule.Based on the Fuzhou-Xiamen-Zhangzhou High-speed Railway Four Electric Engineering,this article applies BIM technology to the dynamic management of the construction schedule.Combine the parameterized model with the construction schedule and real-time schedule data through the BIM+GIS management platform to help project managers intuitively grasp the real-time progress of the project,make construction arrangements for the implementation results of the schedule in time,and ensure the project construction schedule achievement of the goal.
