摘要 为研究雷达伺服驱动机械传动系统的谐振情况,给工程设计提供抑制谐振的措施和方法。采用了五惯量模型简化机械传动系统,进而推导出电机输出转矩与雷达方位旋转速度之间的传递函数和谐振频率计算公式。根据谐振频率计算公式,分析影响谐振频率的各机械因素,得出系统谐振频率与传动系统结构刚度、各传动零部件转动惯量、以及减速比之间的关系。通过采用Matlab仿真分析软件,得出系统开环传递函数的阶跃响应图和谐振伯德图,结果显示机械传动系统存在较低的谐振频率点,将会导致系统出现不稳定现象,为抑制传动系统谐振,引入反馈校正函数,使系统形成闭环控制,同时基于系统开环传递函数推导出反馈校正函数,通过Matlab仿真验证,结果显示带反馈校正的闭环控制系统对抑制系统谐振效果明显。 In order to study the resonance of mechanical transmission system of radar servo,provid the measures and methods to suppress resonance for engineering design.A five-moment model was used to simplify the mechanical transmission system,based on this model,the transfer function and resonance frequency calculation formula between the output torque of the motor and the radar azimuth rotation speed was obtained.According to the resonant frequency calculation formula,the mechanical factors affecting the resonant frequency were analyzed,and the relationship between the resonant frequency and the structural stiffness of the transmission system,the rotational inertia of the transmission parts,and the reduction ratio was obtained.By using Matlab simulation analysis software,the step response diagram and resonant Bode diagram of the open-loop transfer function of the system were obtained.The results show that there is low resonant frequency in the mechanical drive system,which will lead to instability of the system.In order to suppress the resonance of the drive system,the feedback correction function is introduced to make the system form closed-loop control.At the same time,the feedback correction function is derived based on the system open-loop transfer function,and verified by Matlab simulation,the results show that the closed-loop control system with feedback correction has obvious resonance suppression effect.
