掘进机截割臂齿轮箱太阳轮限位副温度场分析 被引量:1

摘要 某款新研制的掘进机,其截割臂采用纵轴式悬臂的结构形式,为煤矿巷道和工程隧道掘进专用重型掘进机。此新型掘进机掘进巷道时,其截割臂齿轮箱太阳轮限位副存在着不正常磨损现象。经由对掘进机截割臂齿轮箱太阳轮限位副受载荷和润滑状况分析的基础上,得知掘进机截割臂齿轮箱太阳轮限位副失效的主要原因为太阳轮限位副接触表面存在粘着磨损。掘进机截割臂齿轮箱第一、二级传动太阳轮输出端限位副接触面滑动摩擦消耗动能转化成热能,通过限位副的接触面分别传入第一、二级传动太阳轮输出端的限位板、限位销。在求得掘进机截割臂齿轮箱第一、二级传动太阳轮输出端限位板-限位销接触面相对转速的基础上,利用SolidWorks Simulation软件对太阳轮限位副进行温度场分析,求得其温度场分布,为下一步掘进机截割臂齿轮箱太阳轮限位副粘着磨损寿命预测提供有关太阳轮限位副材料硬度的依据。 A new type of roadheader has been researched and developed,the cutting arm of which adopts the structure of longitudinal axis cantilever,it serves as a special heavy-duty roadheader for coal mine tunnels and engineering tunnels.When the new type of roadheader digs a laneway,its sun gear limit pairs of the cutting arm gearbox shall have abnormal wear.Based on the analysis of the load and lubrication condition of the sun gear limit pairs of the cutting arm gearbox of the roadheader,it was known that the main reason for the failure of the sun gear limit pair of the cutting arm gearbox of the roadheader was that there was adhesive wear on the contact surface of the sun gear limit pairs.The sliding friction of the contact surface of limit pairs on the primary and secondary transmission sun gear output ends of cutting arm gearbox of the roadheader consumes kinetic energy and converted it into heat,which was respectively transferred to the limit plates and limit pins on the primary and secondary transmission sun gear output ends through the contact surface of the limit pairs.On the basis of obtaining the relative speeds of the contact surfaces between limit plates and limit pins on the primary and secondary transmission sun gear output ends of the cutting arm gearbox of the roadheader,using SolidWorks Simulation software to analyze the temperature field of the sun gear limit pairs,and calculated its temperature field distribution,so as to provide the basis for the material hardness of the sun gear limit pairs to predict the adhesive wear life of the sun gear limit pairs of the cutting arm gearbox of the roadheader in the next step.
