摘要
为了满足企业对接触器自动包装的需求,针对包装行业人工劳作效率低下、重复劳动多、劳动强度大等问题,对接触器包装盒产线自动上料单元进行总体方案设计,制定了全自动接触器包装盒生产线中自动上料单元的工序动作流程,并采用计算机辅助设计技术及模块化现代优化设计方法,对自动上料单元所包含的三轴联动机器人、料仓机构和机架进行结构设计,利用SolidWorks软件对自动上料单元进行三维建模和模拟仿真,验证其可行性,最终根据接触器包装盒的搬运要求,设计一种料仓式悬臂直角坐标式自动上料单元,代替低效率的人工劳作,实现接触器包装盒产线自动搬运物料的功能。
In order to meet the needs of enterprises for automatic packaging of contactors,the overall scheme of the automatic feeding unit of the contactor packaging box production line was designed for the problems of low manual labor efficiency,more repetitive work and high labor intensity in the packaging industry,formulating the process action flow of the automatic feeding unit in the automatic contactor packaging box production line.At the same time,adopting computer-aided design technology and modular modern optimization design methods,the structure of the three-axis linkage robot,silo mechanism and frame included in the automatic feeding unit was designed,SolidWorks software was used to carry out 3 D modeling and simulation of the automatic feeding unit to verify its feasibility.Finally,according to the handling requirements of the contactor packaging box,a silo-type cantilever rectangular coordinate automatic feeding unit was designed to realize the automatic material handling function of the contactor packaging box production line,replacing inefficient manual labor.
