摘要
在新冠疫情防控常态化的影响下,针对剧院公共场所消毒存在的人工成本增加、消毒自动化水平低、消毒效果不佳、消毒人员易感染、不能有效保障人员一隔一就坐等问题,在剧院安装整体智能消毒系统和自动锁椅系统,避免了消毒人员的二次感染,管控用户一隔一就坐观看电影。采用PLC控制剧院的消毒系统,由红外和电磁卡传感器确定是否可以杀毒和座椅的解锁功能,同时结合消毒语音提示模块来保证人员的安全,通过对电气控制原理及程序进行设计和调试,结果表明:剧院智能防疫消毒系统运行正常,该系统可以很好地实现一隔一就坐的防疫要求,避免消毒人员因进入场所消毒被感染的风险,由程序控制自动消毒,保证了消毒时间和范围,确保了消毒的有效性,保证在无人时才消毒,切实保障消毒人员安全。
Under the influence of normalization of COVID-19′s prevention and control,in view of the problems of increasing labor cost,low disinfection automation level,poor disinfection effect,disinfecting staff′s easy infection and ineffective protection of personnel sitting in a theatre public place disinfection,the whole intelligent disinfection system and automatic lock chair system were installed in the theater to avoid the two infection of the disinfectant,control users to sit and watch movies every other day.PLC was used to control the disinfection system of the theater.Whether the anti-virus and seat unlocking functions could be determined by infrared and electromagnetic card sensors.The disinfection voice prompt module was combined to ensure the safety of personnel.Through the design and debugging of the electrical control principle and program,the results show that the intelligent epidemic prevention and disinfection system of the theater operates normally,the system can well realize the epidemic prevention requirements of sitting every other,avoid the risk of infection of disinfection personnel due to entering the place for disinfection,and automatically disinfect by program control,so as to ensure the disinfection time and scope,ensure the effectiveness of disinfection,ensure disinfection only when there is no one,and effectively ensure the safety of disinfection personnel.
