摘要
现有光学防抖马达部品一般采用人工清洁的方式来进行清洁作业,此作业方式工作效率低,劳动强度大,人工成本高,且人工作业时难于保证清洁的品质,且清洁光学防抖马达部品所需要采用的液态二氧化碳清洁喷头的管子属于易损品,经常挪动喷头易将管子损坏。针对上述现象设计了光学防抖马达自动清洁设备,首先将清洁喷头固定,采用伺服电机组成驱动结构,将部品放料板放置在驱动结构上,使驱动结构驱动部品放料板在清洁工作台内移动。该设计实现了自动清洁,提高了生产效率及清洁的品质。
The existing optical anti-shake motor parts are generally cleaned by manual cleaning,which has low working efficiency,high labor intensity and high labor cost,and it is difficult to guarantee the cleaning quality during manual operation.Moreover,the pipe of liquid carbon dioxide cleaning nozzle needed to clean the optical anti-shake motor parts is a vulnerable product,and it is easy to damage the pipe by moving the nozzle frequently.Aiming at the above phenomenon,an automatic cleaning equipment with optical anti-shake motor was designed.Firstly,the cleaning nozzle was fixed,and a servo motor was used to form a driving structure.The part discharging plate was placed on the driving structure,which drived the part discharging plate to move in the cleaning workbench.The design realizes automatic cleaning and improves production efficiency and cleaning quality.
