摘要
钞票识别模块的传统传输结构目前无法解决质量差的钞票通过CIS的平整度问题,造成了钞票在传输过程中在CIS所生成的钞票图像存在灰度值不一致缺陷问题。该钞票图像缺陷问题严重地影响钞票识别模块对钞票的自动鉴别、自动清分等处理性能。通过深入研究、剖析钞票识别模块的传统传输结构无法解决钞票平整度问题的根源,为钞票识别模块设计了一种新型的传输结构,该新型传输结构与传统传输结构具备结构空间的兼容性,故其不仅能轻易地实现传统传输结构的升级改造,而且在钞票传输过程中,能通过自动拉伸、自动展平钞票的方式,改善钞票通过CIS的平面度,巧妙地解决了传统传输结构对特定钞票可能存在的图像灰度值缺陷问题,进一步提升钞票识别模块对钞票的处理、识别能力。
The traditional transmission structure of the note verification module currently cannot solve the problem of the flatness of poor-quality notes passing through the CIS,which causes the problem of inconsistent grayscale values in the note images generated by the CIS during the note transmission process.The problem of note image defects seriously affects the processing performance of the banknote recognition module for automatic identification and automatic sorting of notes.Through in-depth research and analysis of the traditional transmission structure of the note verification module that cannot solve the root cause of the note flatness problem,a new type of transmission structure was designed for the note verification module.The new type of transmission structure is compatible with the traditional transmission structure in institutional space,so it can not only easily realize the upgrade and transformation of the traditional transmission structure,but also can improve the flatness of the note through the CIS through the automatic stretching and automatic flattening of the note during the note transmission process,and ingeniously solve the traditional transmission structure for the problem of image gray value defects that may exist in specific notes,further improve the note verification module′s ability to process and recognize notes.
