摘要 电控系统作为矿井提升设备的大脑中枢神经,其设计的好坏直接影响着提升机设备的工作效率、精度性能以及安全运行。为提高矿井提升设备电气控制系统运行的安全性和可靠性,减少和避免因控制系统原因引起的安全事故,从电气控制系统的控制方案设计开始,详细阐述了控制系统中的超速开关保护装置、双重防溜钩装置、新型限位保护装置、PLC和变频器双冗余装置等各部分的设计方案,给出了一整套高安全性、高可靠性的控制系统方案,总结并提出了矿井提升设备电控系统的设计要点及注意事项,为提升行业电控系统设计人员提供参考。 Electronic control system as the brain central system of mine equipment,the electronic control system is the brain central nerve of the mine hoisting equipment,and its design directly affects the working efficiency,precision performance and safe operation of the hoisting equipment.In order to improve the safety and reliability of the operation of the electrical control system of mine hoisting equipment,reduce and avoid safety accidents caused by the control system,the article starts with the design of the control scheme of the electrical control system,and elaborates on the overspeed switch protection in the control system.The design schemes of each part of the device,dual anti-slip hook devices,new limit protection devices,PLC and inverter dual redundant devices,etc.,a complete set of high-safety and high-reliability control system solutions were given,the design points and precautions of the electric control system of mine hoisting equipment were summarized and put forward,to provide a reference for hoistingindustry electrical control system designers.
