摘要
惰气系统是保证海上原油安全外输的重要设施,为了提升惰气系统的安全性、环保性和经济性,合理优化系统设备配置,给其他平台惰气系统设计提供借鉴和参考,以南海某万吨级深水半潜式储卸油生产平台为例,对其惰气系统进行了研究。首先对惰气发生器的最大产气速率进行了确定,计算出该平台凝析油最大外输速率为1922 m^(3)/h,污水最大外输速率为150 m^(3)/h,惰气发生器最大产气量应至少为2829 sm^(3)/h,验证了该平台选用的惰气发生器能够满足凝析油外输时的用气量需求,阐述了发生器的选型依据。其次是介绍了该平台惰气系统的组成部分、运行原理、设备用途以及提升的方面,结果表明增加真空断路器可以进一步降低舱室内气体回流的风险,采用燃气模式、取消辅助惰气系统可以节约成本、降低对海洋环境污染的风险、优化了系统设备配置,惰气发生器间风机、柴油泵互用可以提高系统使用时的稳定性。
The inert gas system is an important facility to ensure the safe transportation of offshore crude oil.In order to improve the safety,environmental protection and economy of the inert gas system,rationally optimize the system equipment configuration,and provide reference and reference for the design of other platform inert gas systems.Take a 100000 t deepwater semi-submersible oil storage and unloading production platform as an example,and its inert gas system had been studied.Firstly,the maximum gas production rate of the inert gas generator was determined.The maximum output rate of condensate oil on the platform was calculated to be 1922 m^(3)/h,the maximum sewage output rate was 150 m^(3)/h,and the maximum gas production rate of the inert gas generator should be at least 2829 sm^(3)/h,which verified that the inert gas generator selected by the platform can meet the demand for gas consumption when condensate was transported,and the basis for the selection of the generator was expounded.Secondly,the components of the platform inert gas system,operating principle,equipment use and improvement were introduced.The results show that adding vacuum circuit breakers can further reduce the risk of gas backflow in the cabin.Using gas mode and eliminating the auxiliary inert gas system can save money,reduce the risk of pollution to the marine environment,optimize the system equipment configuration,the interoperability of the fan and diesel pump between the inert gas generators can improve the stability of the system during use.
