摘要 配电房作为重要的电力设施,随着智能配电房建设的实施,配电房的运维管理都得到了极大的提高。相对于当前大数据应用的时代,在数据应用层面,其存在数据使用者和控制对象的局限性,无法满足当前建立新型电力系统的需要。围绕着当前电网运行数据信息的特点,分析了当前互联网应用快速发展的原因,吸取其中适合电力应用发展的方面,重点提出了基于提升数据应用程度的智慧配电房应用建设方案。方案中基于当前配电房方案中已有的数据信息,扩展出"高级应用"部分,重点解决当前存在的两个局限性问题,并在应用部署系统结构中考虑了数据安全与电网运行安全等关键点,以应用示例的方式明确了可扩展的数据使用者和控制对象,通过不同高级应用的灵活部署,从而提高配网运行过程中数据的应用价值与经济价值。 As an important power facility,the operation and maintenance management of the distribution room has been greatly improved with the construction of intelligent distribution room.Compared with the current era of big data application,at the data application level,it has the limitations of data users and control objects,which can not meet the current needs of establishing a new power system.The characteristics of current distribution network operation data information were focused on,the reasons for the rapid development of current Internet applications were analysed,the aspects that are suitable for the development of power applications were learned,and the smart distribution room application construction scheme was put forward based on improving the degree of data application.Based on the existing data information in the current distribution room scheme,expand the"advanced applications"section,focus on solving the current two limitations,the key points such as data security and power grid operation security were considered in the application deployment system structure,the extensible data users and control objects were defined in the form of application examples.Through the flexible deployment of different advanced applications,the application value and economic value of data in the operation of distribution network are improved.
