Research on optimization of municipal general management of basic medical insurance in Anhui Province based on SWOT analysis

基于SWOT分析模型与基本医疗保险在市级统筹过程中面临的各种影响因素,分析内部优势与劣势和外部机遇与挑战,提出优化参保人员、建立风险预警和责任分担机制,推进医保支付方式改革,健全医保管理体系,加强内外部监管职能,拓宽基金投资渠道和加大市级统筹的培训与宣传力度等建议,全面优化安徽省基本医疗保险市级统筹管理。

In order to optimize the municipal general planning and management of basic medical insurance in Anhui Province,SWOT analysis model is used to analyze the internal strength and weakness,external opportunities and threats faced by the corresponding municipal general planning,through various influencing factors.Suggestions are proposed to optimize the insured personnel,establish risk pre-warning and burden sharing mechanisms,promote the reform of medical insurance payment mode,improve the management system of medical insurance,strengthen the internal and external supervision functions,broaden the investment channel of medical insurance fund,and strengthen the training and publicity of municipal general planning.
