赤霉酸与6-苄基腺嘌呤混用对人参种胚形态后熟的影响 被引量:2

摘要 人参种子采收后必须经过种胚形态后熟和生理后熟两个阶段才能发芽出苗,因此种胚形态后熟阶段是否顺利完成十分重要。本试验用赤霉酸(GA3)和6-苄基腺嘌呤(6-BA)在催芽前处理人参种子,研究了2种植物生长调节剂混合水溶液对人参种胚形态后熟的影响。结果表明,用赤霉酸100mg·L^(-1)和6-苄基腺嘌呤100mg·L^(-1)的混合水溶液浸泡人参种子24小时,人参种子裂口率、胚率和最后出苗率分别为93.5%、91.6%和98.1%,效果显著好于单独使用赤霉酸或6-苄基腺嘌呤的处理。较单独使用赤霉酸或6-苄基腺嘌呤提前出苗3天和7天,出苗持续20天时,出苗率较单独使用赤霉酸或6-苄基腺嘌呤处理分别高9.5和18.4百分点;出苗持续30天时,出苗率分别高13.9和18.3百分点。 Panax ginseng seed dormancy belongs to the category of morphological and physiological complex dormancy.The embryo must go through two phases of morphological postripeness and physiological postripeness,so it is very important that whether the morphological post ripening stage of seed embryo is completed successfully.In this experiment,Panax ginseng seeds were treated with gibberellic acid(GA3)and 6-benzyladenine(6-BA)before germination,and the effects of mixed aqueous solution on morphological post ripening of embryo were studied.Present results showed that the crack rate,embryo rate and final emergence rate seeds were 93.5%,91.6%and 98.1%respectively when seeds were soaked in the mixed aqueous solution of gibberellic acid 100mg·L^(-1)and 6-benzyladenine 100mg·L^(-1)for 24 hours.The effect was significantly better than that of gibberellic acid or 6-benzyladenine separately.the seedlings appeared 3 and 7 days earlier than those using gibberellic acid or 6-benzyladenine alone.compared with gibberellic acid or 6-benzyladenine alone,emergence rate increased 9.5 and 18.4 respectively after seedling 20 days and 13.9 and 18.3 respectively after seedling 30 days.
