响应面优化复方铁皮石斛提取物饲料添加剂工艺研究

摘要 本试验以铁皮石斛为原料,采用恒温水浴提取法、离心分离法、浓缩、干燥、压片等方法制作复方饲料添加剂。通过单因素试验确定响应面的因素和水平,根据单因素试验结果作响应面优化试验设计,同时进行铁皮石斛提取物复方饲料添加剂制备最优配方的二次项数学模型并验证其可靠性。结果表明:试验各因素影响顺序为泡腾崩解剂添加量>酸碱比=甜菊糖添加量>铁皮石斛提取物添加量。铁皮石斛提取物复方饲料添加剂的最佳配方是:铁皮石斛提取物添加量10%,酸碱比1:0.8,泡腾崩解剂添加量45%,甜菊糖添加量2.5%。经验证,测得综合评分为95.6分,与预测值无显著性差异。 In this paper,Dendrobium candidum extracts and effervescent tablets were prepared with Dendrobium candidum as raw material by means of constant temperature water bath extraction(repeated three times),centrifugation,concentration,drying,tablet pressing and other methods.Response surface determined by single factor experiment factors and levels,according to the results of single factor experiment for response surface optimization design of experiment,simultaneously the quadratic mathematical model of the optimao formula of compound feed additive of Dendrovium officinale extract was prepared and its reliavility was verified.The results showed that the order of factors influencing the experiment was that effervescent disintegrating agent addition>acid-base ratio agent=the amount of stevia addition>Dendrobium officinale.The best formula of Dendrobium officinale extract efferent tablet was:Dendrobium officinale extract additive amount 10%,acid-base ratio 1:0.8,effervescent disintegrating agent amount 45%,stevia sugar additive amount 2.5%.It was proved that there was no significant difference between the formula and the formula prepared with Dendrobium officinale extract effervescent tablets.
