摘要
为研究几种不同吸附剂对玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)的降解脱毒效果,本试验采用单因素设计,分别添加不同吸附剂于10 mL ZEN标准品溶液中,酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定ZEN含量。研究5种吸附剂添加量为25 mg,60 min的脱毒效果;选择其中3种脱毒效果较好的吸附剂,研究其吸附作用30、60、90 min,用量为25 mg时的脱毒效果及吸附剂添加量为10、25、50 mg,60 min的脱毒效果。结果表明:5种吸附剂对ZEN都有脱毒效果,其中载锌蒙脱石、膨润土与黑云母复合吸附剂、腐殖酸钠脱毒率分别为63.11%、45.69%、54.54%,显著高于蒙脱石、葡甘露聚糖与腐殖酸钠复合吸附剂(P<0.05)。且作用时间不同,添加量不同则吸附剂的脱毒效果有差异。
The objective of this study was to investigate the detoxification effects of several adsorbents on zearalenone(ZEN).In this experiment different adsorbents were added into 10 mL of ZEN standard solution according to single factor design,the concentration of ZEN was determined by ELISA.The detoxification effects of five kinds of adsorbents were studied with the dosage of 25 mg for 60 min.Three kinds of adsorbents with better detoxification effect were selected to study the detoxification effects at the dosage of 25 mg for 30,60 min and 90 min,respectively.The detoxification effects of three essential adsorbents were studied at the dosage of 10,25 mg and 50 mg for 60 min,respectively.The results showed that all five kinds of adsorbents had detoxification effects on ZEN,and the detoxification rates of zinc bearing montmorillonite,bentonite-biotite compound adsorbent and humic acid sodium were 63.11%,45.69%and 54.54%,respectively,which were significantly higher than those of montmorillonite,glucomannan and humic acid sodium compound adsorbent(P<0.05).The results indicated that the detoxification effects of adsorbent varied with time and dosage.
