摘要 Inconel625全螺旋堆焊管是在碳钢管上堆焊一层镍基材料,其冷弯工艺与碳钢管存在较大不同,需要从弯管设备、胎模具、弯曲半径以及椭圆度、减薄率、回弹量、表面裂纹等方面综合分析,以保证堆焊管冷弯质量满足锅炉制造标准以及产品要求。 Inconel625 full spiral welding pipe is a layer of nickel base on the carbon steel pipe welding materials,the cold bending process with carbon steel tube is different,from the bent pipe equipment,tire moulds,bending radius and ellipticity,reduction ration,the springback amount,surface crack for comprehensive analysis,in order to ensure the quality of welding pipe cold bending meet the standard of boiler manufacturing and product requirements.
