摘要
目的探讨阅读疗法对晚期肺癌患者照顾者获益感、照顾负担及负性情绪的影响。方法将80例晚期肺癌患者照顾者按住院病区分为观察组和对照组各40人。对照组进行常规健康教育,干预组在对照组基础上实施阅读疗法。干预前、干预5周及干预9周分别采用照顾者获益感问卷、照顾者负担量表、焦虑自评量表及抑郁自评量表评估干预效果。结果两组照顾者获益感、照顾负担以及焦虑抑郁得分比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论阅读疗法可以提高晚期肺癌患者照顾者获益感水平,改善其焦虑抑郁情绪,减轻照顾负担。
Objective To explore the effect of reading therapy on benefit finding, caregiving burden and negative emotions in caregi-vers of advanced lung cancer patients.Methods Eighty caregivers of patients with advanced lung cancer were assigned to a control group or an intervention group of 40 according to the ward where the patients were hospitalized, receiving either conventional health education or reading therapy respectively.The Perceived Caregiving Benefits Scale, Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview(ZBI), Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS) were utilized to evaluate the effect in three steps of before intervention and five and nine weeks after start of intervention.Results The scores of perceived caregiving benefits, ZBI, SAS and SDS had significant differences between the two groups after the intervention(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Reading therapy can improve benefit finding of caregivers of advanced lung cancer patients, relieve their anxiety, depression and caregiving burden.
