徐州建材工业高质量发展的现状、机制与对策

Present Situation,Mechanism and Countermeasures of High Quality Development of Xuzhou Building Materials Industry

在“碳达峰、碳中和”目标下,推进徐州建材行业由高速增长转向高质量发展,是新阶段发展所面临的新要求。本研究从规模扩张、转型升级、创新驱动、环境友好型发展等维度出发,分析徐州建材工业高质量发展现状,并提出相应的发展机制与对策。结果表明:徐州建材行业的转型取得突破性进展,创新对于该行业高质量发展的驱动作用正不断凸显,非金属矿物制品业综合能耗呈减少态势;应重点构建市场与政府协同、产业联动、绿色发展等方面的建材工业高质量发展机制,建立现代建材工业体系。

Under the goal of"carbon peak and carbon neutralization",it is a new requirement for the development of Xuzhou building materials industry in the new stage to promote the high-speed growth to high-quality development.Starting from the dimensions of scale expansion,transformation and upgrading,innovation driven and environment-friendly development,this study analyzes the high-quality development status of Xuzhou building materials industry,and puts forward the corresponding development mechanism and countermeasures.The results show that:Breakthroughs have been made in the transformation of the building materials industry,and the driving role of innovation in the high-quality development of the building materials industry is becoming increasingly prominent;The comprehensive energy consumption of non-metallic mineral products industry is decreasing;We should focus on building a high-quality development mechanism of building materials industry in the aspects of market and government coordination,industrial linkage and green development,and establish a modern building materials industry system.
