造价管理贯穿于市政道路工程项目的始终,在项目各个阶段必须重视造价控制与管理。其中,工程造价指标体系建设是为了指导未来工程实践中的具体应用,提高在具体造价业务中的工作质量和效率。基于此,本文主要分析了市政道路工程综合造价指标的构建以及造价影响因素和造价控制措施。

Cost management runs through the municipal road engineering project,and the cost control and management must be paid attention to at each stage of the project.Among them,the construction of the project cost index system is to guide the specific application in future engineering practice and improve the work quality and efficiency in the specific cost business.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the construction of the comprehensive cost index of municipal road engineering,the influencing factors of the cost and the cost control measures.
