文旅特色小镇投资建设风险研究

近几年国家和地方政府出台了一系列政策支持特色小镇的建设,掀起了特色小镇的开发热潮。文旅特色小镇作为特色小镇的重要组成部分,近几年来建设火热,但是同时也出现了大量“空心镇”的投资失败的现象。如何在项目生命周期尚未开始前,较准确的把握文旅特色小镇的开发建设的各类风险,对于投资而言显得比较重要。本文通过案例研究、文献研究并结合专家调查,识别了文旅特色小镇的投资建设风险因素,并通过层次分析法计算其权重,为投资者把握文旅特色小镇投资建设风险提供了依据。

In recent years,the national and local governments have issued a series of policies to support the construction of characteristic towns,setting off a development boom of characteristic towns.As an important part of characteristic towns,cultural and tourism characteristic towns have been under construction in recent years,but at the same time,a large number of"hollow towns"have failed to invest.How to accurately grasp the various risks of the development and construction of cultural and tourism towns before the project life cycle begins is more important for investment.This paper identifies the risk factors of investment and construction of cultural and tourism characteristic towns through case studies,literature research and expert investigation,and calculates their weights through AHP,which provides a basis for investors to grasp the investment and construction risks of cultural and tourism characteristic towns.
