摘要 以海门北部新城医学综合体(中医院新院)一期项目地下车库BIM应用技术为例,重点研究BIM技术在医院地下车库机电安装项目的应用,主要包括各专业BIM模型搭建、净高与车位、车道转型分析、碰撞检查、管线综合优化、洞口预留及支吊架深化、管线综合出图6个方面。结合BIM管理平台在项目设计、优化、施工各阶段运用BIM技术,并根据BIM优化分析配合指导实际施工,满足中医院项目在进度、质量、安全、成本等方面的要求,也为BIM技术应用于医院地下车库管线优化提供了参考。 Taking the BIM application technology of the underground garage of the first phase of the Haimen North New Town Medical Complex(New Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine)as an example,the focus is on the application of BIM technology in the electromechanical installation project of the hospital underground garage,mainly including 6 aspects:construction of various professional BIM models,clear height and parking space,lane transformation analysis,collision inspection,comprehensive pipeline optimization,hole reservation and support and hanger deepening,and comprehensive pipeline drawing.Combined with the BIM management platform,BIM technology is used in all stages of project design,optimization and construction,and the actual construction is guided according to the BIM optimization analysis to meet the requirements of the TCM hospital project in terms of schedule,quality,safety,cost,etc.It is also used for the application of BIM technology the pipeline optimization of the hospital underground garage provides a reference.
