摘要 随着制造业竞争压力的日益增加,数字化工厂概念被提出并不断完善。企业为了提高产品质量,满足用户对产品日益灵活的需求,提高自身核心竞争力从而占领更大的市场份额,越来越多地开始选择建设数字化工厂,进行精益化生产与管理。通过大数据、物联网、云计算等信息技术的应用,企业可以对生产过程进行全过程和全周期的检验和分析,利用仿真模拟技术来提高生产效率并保证产品质量。因此,数字化工厂对我国制造业的发展意义重大。为了能够更好地提高其应用质量,本文着重对数字化工厂及其相关技术进行分析。 With the increasing competitive pressure in manufacturing industry, the concept of digital chemical plant has been put forward and continuously improved. In order to better improve product quality, meet users’ increasingly flexible needs for products, improve their core competitiveness and occupy a larger market share, more and more enterprises begin to choose to build digital chemical plants for lean production and management through the application of information technologies such as big data, Internet of things and cloud computing, Enterprises can inspect and analyze the whole process and cycle of production process, and use simulation technology to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality. Therefore, digital chemical plant is of great significance to the development of China’s manufacturing industry. In order to better improve its application quality, this paper focuses on the analysis of digital chemical plant and its related technologies.
