摘要
本文利用ANSYS有限元软件,对滤清器加热级进行了耦合场分析,得到了结构变形对加热级总压损失的影响程度。结果表明:热阻力损失是加热级总压损失增大的主要原因,流道收窄是结构阻力损失的主要原因,但对总压损失的影响很小。本文为研究变形对滤清器阻力特性的影响做出了初步的探索。
In this paper, the coupling field analysis of the filter heating stage is carried out by using ANSYS finite element software, and the influence degree of the structure deformation on the total pressure loss of the heating stage is obtained. The results show that the heat resistance loss is the main reason for the increase of the total pressure loss of the heating stage, and the channel narrowing is the main reason for the structure resistance loss, but the influence on the total pressure loss is very small. In this paper, the effect of deformation on the resistance characteristics of the filter is studied.
