活性炭改性氢氧化镁制备及对聚丙烯的阻燃影响 被引量:3

摘要 以硫酸镁、氨水、活性炭为原料制备活性炭改性氢氧化镁阻燃剂,通过吸油值确定了最佳的配比、活化度,进一步研究了氢氧化镁的改性程度。用X-射线衍射(XRD)对改性后氢氧化镁结构进行表征,并将其应用到聚丙烯(PP)聚合物中,探究其对PP阻燃性能的影响,发现当加入25份活性炭基氢氧化镁阻燃剂,PP的阻燃性能效果显著。 Activated carbon modified magnesium hydroxide flame retardant was prepared with magnesium sulfate, ammonia water and activated carbon as raw materials. The optimal ratio was determined by the oil absorption value, and the modification degree of magnesium hydroxide was further studied. The structure of modified magnesium hydroxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD). And it was applied to polypropylene(PP)polymer to explore its influence on the flame retardant properties of PP. It is found that when 25 parts of activated carbon based magnesium hydroxide flame retardant is added, the flame retardant performance of PP is remarkable.
