In this paper, a method for the synthesis of indoline from aniline derivatives with copper ion catalyst was introduced. This method has the advantages of simple process, safety and high yield. In this paper, the type of catalyst, the amount of catalyst, reaction solvent, reaction temperature and reaction time were optimized, and the final optimization results can make the yield of the product reach more than 90%.
