应用型高校产教融合培养高素质化工人才的创新实践 被引量:8

摘要 应用型本科院校培养的人才不仅要具备一定的专业基础知识,还应具备一定的工程应用能力。目前,在工程应用能力方面,国内高校培养的人才与企业实际需求"落差"较大。产教融合培养模式能够整合高校与企业两种不同的教学资源及其各自在人才培养方面的优势,有利于提高应用型人才的培养质量。首先分析了国内高校在校外实践教学方面面临的一些困难,并在此基础上提出了构建产教融合培养模式的一些措施,最后介绍了合肥师范学院化学与化学工程学院在产学研合作育人方面的一些经验做法。 Talents cultivated by applied undergraduate colleges must not only possess certain basic professional knowledge,but also have certain engineering application capabilities. At present, in terms of engineering application capabilities, there is generally a large gap between the talents cultivated by domestic universities and the actual needs of enterprises. The production-education integration training model can integrate the two different teaching resources of universities and enterprises and their respective advantages in talent training, which is conducive to improving the quality of application-oriented talent training. This article first analyzed some difficulties faced by domestic colleges and universities in off-campus practice teaching, and on this basis, put forward some measures to build a production-education integration training model. Finally,some experiences and practices of the school of chemistry and chemical engineering of Hefei normal university in the situation of industry-university-research cooperative education were introduced.
