色谱实验教学改革与实践——以“咖啡因含量测定”为例

摘要 传统液相色谱实验教学中存在着硬件设施不足、教学内容陈旧、课堂教学方法单一等问题。以"咖啡因含量测定"为例,围绕实验选题、实验预习、实验教学和实验考核进行教学改革与实践。新的教学模式能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生实践能力,有利于培养应用型人才。 There exist sues of deficiency in the inadequate hardware facilities, poor innovative teaching content and the singularity in the method of classroom teaching in the traditional teaching of the course high performance liquid chromatography. Made of "Determination of Caffeine Content" for example, in view of the experiment selected topic, the experimental preview, the experimental teaching and the experimental evaluation, the teaching is reformed and practiced. The new teaching mode promotes students′ learning enthusiasm and improves practical ability successfully, which are propitious for cultivating application type talents.
