摘要 为构建城市智能配电网,分析配网示范区建设模式,以建设坚强配电网为基础,以信息融合为支撑,研发"源-网-荷"主动控制技术,以探索新兴技术落地。此外,充分考虑已有城市配电网存量与限制条件,通过对规划、运行、检修及营销各业务环节的技术升级,实现对配电网、信息通信、微网和智能用电等全流程的主动控制与全业务高效运营。 In order to build an urban smart distribution network,this paper analyzed the construction model of distribution network demonstration area.Based on the construction of a strong distribution network,and supported by information fusion,researches and develops"source-network-load"active control technology,and explores emerging technologies landing.Fully consider the existing urban distribution network stock and constraints,and realize the active control and efficient operation of the whole process of distribution network,information communication,microgrid and intelligent power consumption through the technical upgrading of business links such as planning,operation,maintenance and marketing.
