摘要
南京世茂G11商办项目地处南京市中心,紧邻已运营的地铁2#线,基坑与地铁最近水平距离为17.5 m。作为城市商业综合体,它设置有4层地下室,开挖深度为23 m,主塔楼为300 m,大面筏板厚度为3.6 m,一次性浇筑总量为19600 m^(3)。结合"南京世茂G11商办项目"超深基坑大体积混凝土施工实例,介绍了一种新型定型化组合溜管式浇筑施工技术。
Nanjing Shimao G11 Commercial Office Project is located in the center of Nanjing,close to the operating subway 2#line.The nearest horizontal distance between the foundation pit and the subway is 17.5 m.As an urban commercial complex,it is equipped with a four storey basement with an excavation depth of 23 m,a main tower of300 m,a large surface raft thickness of 3.6 m and a total amount of 19600 m^(3) for one-time pouring.Combined with the construction example of mass concrete for ultra deep foundation pit of Nanjing Shimao G11 Commercial Office Project,this paper introduces a new type of finalized combined chute pouring construction technology.
