摘要
生态环境保护与建设是区域生态安全战略实施的重要一环。结合甘肃省2012—2019年生态环境状况,基于分布式处理系统更换(Distributed Processing System Replacement,DPSR)模型构建生态安全综合评价指标体系,根据熵值法与逼近理想解TOPSIS理论对其生态环境状况进行综合分析研究。结果表明:甘肃省2012—2014年生态安全综合得分有所下降,环境污染有所加重;2015—2019年生态安全综合评价得分总体呈现上升趋势;总体上生态安全等级由2012年的敏感等级逐渐上升到2019年较安全等级,生态环境建设成效显著。
Ecological environmental protection and construction are an important part of the implementation of the regional ecological security strategy.Based on the 2012 to 2019 ecological environment status in Gansu Province,a comprehensive evaluation index system for ecological security is constructed based on the DPSR model,and the ecological environment status is comprehensively analyzed and studied based on the entropy method and the TOPSIS theory of approaching ideal solutions.The results show that:The comprehensive score of ecological safety in Gansu Province from 2012 to 2014 declined,and environmental pollution was serious;The comprehensive evaluation score of ecological safety from 2015 to 2019 showed an overall upward trend,and the overall ecological safety level gradually increased from the sensitivity level in 2012 to 2019 The annual safety level is relatively high.The ecological environment construction has achieved remarkable results.
