Financial Risk Analysis in the Expansion of W Company

随着我国市场经济的不断发展和企业之间竞争程度的不断加剧,企业财务风险分析与防控研究已然成为企业研究的重中之重。文章以W公司2012~2019年的财务报告为基础,结合财务杠杆系数、资本结构等理论,将其扩张中的财务风险分为筹融资风险、投资风险、经营风险和资产管理风险四个部分,再通过编制表格、绘图等形式对比分析相关项目指标,从而对W公司扩张中的财务风险进行分析,得出结论和启示。

With the continuous development of China's market economy and the intensification of competition among enterprises,the research on enterprise financial risk analysis and prevention and control has become the top priority of enterprise research.Based on the financial report of W company from 2012 to 2019,combined with theories of financial leverage coefficient and capital structure,this paper divides the financial risks in its expansion into four parts:financing risk,investment risk,operation risk and asset management risk and makes a comparative analysis of relevant project indicators by compiling tables and drawing,then analyzes the financial risks in the expansion of W company and draws conclusions and enlightenments.
