限额设计下的居住环境品质提升——以广华新城居住区616地块职工住宅项目为例

广华新城居住区616地块职工住宅项目为国家公务人员提供居住及相关配套服务设施,旨在满足国家公务人员日常居住需求,以前瞻性、可持续发展的设计理念,营造能够体现社会发展趋势、人文关怀、绿色社区、智慧社区、安全社区等多位一体的综合性高品质居住社区。按照相关规定和要求,控制建设成本和保障居住环境品质是本项目规划建设的重点,同时也是难点。如何在有限的建设资金范围内合理得当地进行规划设计,为居住人员提供一个安静、怡人、便捷、活力、安全、智慧的居住环境,是本文阐述的要点。

The No.616 residential building project of Guanghua New Town plot provides housing and related supporting service facilities for civil servants,aiming to meet the daily living needs of civil servants.With the design concept of forward-looking and sustainable development,it aims to create a comprehensive and high-quality residential community that reflects the trend of social development,humanistic care,green community,smart community and safe community.In accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements,to control the construction cost and guarantee quality of living environment is the key point as well as the difficulty of the project planning and construction.How to carry out the planning and design reasonably and properly within the limited construction funds is the key point of this paper,which aims to provide a quiet,pleasant,convenient,dynamic,safe and intelligent living environment for residents.
