建筑工程防渗漏问题及施工防治技术探讨

随着我国建筑工程项目的不断增多,建筑物渗漏问题成为频发的疑难问题,已成为近些年各界对建筑工程质量投诉的热点。建筑工程防渗漏技术在建筑施工过程中的地位越来越重要,在具体的工程应用过程中也越来越广泛。本文结合建筑工程防渗漏问题进行了分析和探究,提出行之有效的施工防治技术。

With the increasing number of construction projects in China,the problem of building leakage has become a frequently exposed problem,which has recently become a hot spot of the quality complaints of construction projects from all walks of life.The position of construction engineering anti-leakage technology is becoming more and more important in the building construction process,and it is more and more widely used in the specific engineering process.This paper analyzes and explores the problems exposed by the anti-leakage of construction engineering,and carries out effective construction prevention technology.
