预制混凝土楼梯标准化研究

预制混凝土楼梯的成型观感好、质量可靠,可作为施工快速通道,是重要的预制部品之一。本文从楼梯间的开间尺寸、建筑层高、楼梯类型、踏步高度、踏步宽度等方面展开调研,探索预制混凝土楼梯标准化推进方向和实施方案。在层高标准化、梯板尺寸标准化、梯板配筋标准化、构造做法标准化、栏杆埋件标准化以及楼梯模具标准化方面展开详细分析,形成预制混凝土标准化体系。

As one of the important prefabricated parts,the precast concrete stairs have good appearance and reliable quality,which can be used as a fast track for construction.This paper carries out research from the staircase width,building floor height,staircase type,step height and step width,and explores the standardization promotion direction and implementation scheme of precast concrete stairs.Detailed analysis is carried out in the aspects of floor height standardization,stair slab size standardization,stair slab reinforcement standardization,structural details standardization,railing embedded parts standardization and stair mold standardization.
