肇庆青年旅舍区位选择研究

Study on Location Selection of Youth Hostel in Zhaoqing

青年旅舍作为新生事物正在住宿业中兴起,何地兴建青年旅舍才能为市场接受是行业最为关注的问题。本文通过实地调研与访谈以及网络搜集数据研究了肇庆青年旅舍的区位选择。肇庆青年旅舍位于传统酒店的非最佳区位,不紧邻交通枢纽、旅游景区与繁华商圈,也不位于城市新区,而是位于与之有一定距离、公共交通相对完善的老城区。业主对市场的把握、传统低端酒店集聚形成的有效市场、旅舍自有特色等是影响区位选择的重要因素。研究结论对新兴住宿设施的选址有参考价值。

As a new thing,youth hostels are rising in the accommodation industry.Where to build youth hostels for market acceptance is the most concerned problem of the industry.This paper studies the location selection of Youth Hostel in Zhaoqing,through these methods of field research,interview and network data collection.Youth Hostel is located in the non-optimal location of traditional hotels.It is not close to traffic hubs,tourist attractions and prosperous business districts,and is not in the new urban area.But,it is in the old urban area with acertain distance and relatively perfect public transportation.The important factors influencing the location selection are the owners'grasping of the market,the effective market formed by the traditional low-end hotels and thehotel's own characteristics.The research conclusion has reference value for the location of new accommodation facilities.
