摘要
伴随着信息时代的来临,网络上的招聘平台越来越多,网络招聘特点除了范围广和信息全之外,还有方式比较便捷,无论是用人单位还是求职人员均能够获利。不过部分平台发布的招聘信息缺乏真实性,让许多求职人员深陷网络招聘泥潭,损害了他们的权益及身心健康。基于此,该文对互联网招聘平台的虚假信息进行分析,并提出相应策略。
With the advent of the information age,there are more and more online recruitment platforms.In addition to a wide range and complete information,online recruitment is also convenient,which both employers and job seekers can make profits.However,the lack of authenticity of the recruitment information released by some platforms has left many job seekers trapped in online recruitment,harming their rights and interests as well as their physical and mental health.Based on this,this paper analyzes the false information of the Internet recruitment platform,and puts forward the corresponding strategies.
