摘要 随着建筑高度的增加,超高层型钢混凝土结构采用加强层来提高结构侧向刚度,但由于加强层结构形式复杂,各专业间的交驳无法完全体现,使得在施工工程中发生较多的设计变更与签证,成本增加。该文以某一实际工程为例,从型钢与钢筋交驳较多以及塔吊起重能力有限两个方面的难点,对超高层型钢混凝土加强层进行节点优化,并改进了施工方案。 With the increase of building height,the super high-rise steel reinforced concrete structures use reinforced layers to improve the lateral rigidity of the structure.However,due to the complex structure of the reinforced layer,the communication between various disciplines cannot be fully reflected,which causes more occurrences in construction projects.Taking a practical project as an example,this paper optimizes the joint of super high-rise steel reinforced concrete reinforcement layer from the two difficulties of more cross connection between section steel and reinforcement and limited lifting capacity of tower crane,and improves the construction scheme.
