摘要
在社会经济快速发展的整体背景之下,太阳能光伏、半导体、电子信息等行业的发展速度也在不断提升,多晶硅作为以上产业不可或缺的材料,其需求量也在与日俱增。但是在多晶硅产生的过程中会产生大量的尾气,不仅含有大量的有毒有害物质,同时具有易燃易爆的特质,一旦处理不当则会产生严重的生产安全事故,造成重大经济损失的同时,对人们的身心健康也具有严重的威胁。加之社会各界对环保工作的不断加强,对多晶硅尾气处理与净化工艺进行不断的调整与优化是势在必行的,以达到多硅晶生产质量提升和生态平衡的目标。
Under the overall background of rapid social and economic development,the development speed of solar photovoltaic,semiconductor,electronic information and other industries is also increasing.Polysilicon,as an indispensable material for the above industry,its demand is also increasing.However,a large amount of tail gas will be generated in the process of polysilicon production,which not only contains a large number of toxic and harmful substances,but also has the characteristics of flammability and explosion.Once it is not handled properly,it will produce serious production safety accidents,cause major economic losses,but also has a serious threat to people's physical and mental health.In addition,with the continuous strengthening of environmental protection in all sectors of society,it is imperative to continuously adjust and optimize the polysilicon tail gas treatment and purification process,so as to achieve the goal of improving the production quality and ecological balance of polysilicon.
