论新时代高校思政课青年教师胜任力的提升

高校是开展思想政治教育课程的前沿阵地,是培养中国特色社会主义事业建设者和接班人的重要场所。高校思政课青年教师是我国高校思政教师队伍的主力军和后备军,其发展决定思想政治教育的未来和发展方向。新时代背景下,部分高校思政课青年教师存在着政治素质不过硬、理论素养不高、缺乏实践经验、教学能力有所不足及科研能力较弱问题,新时代高校思政课青年教师要自觉提升自身的政治素质、大力提升理论素养、深入参与各项实践活动、重视提升教学能力和积极参与科研活动,以提高高校思政课青年教师整体素质和胜任力水平。

Colleges and universities are the forefront to develop ideological and political education courses and important places to train builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Young teachers of Ideological and Political Education course in colleges and universities are the main force and reserve force of Ideological and Political Education teachers in colleges and universities in China,whose development determines the future and development direction of ideological and political education.Under the background of the new era,some young teachers of Ideological and Political Education course in colleges and universities have the problems of political quality with lacked conviction,low theoretical quality,lack of practical experience,insufficient teaching ability and weak scientific research ability.In the new era,young teachers of Ideological and Political Education course in colleges and universities should consciously improve their political quality,improve their theoretical quality vigorously,deeply participate in various practical activities,and attach importance to improving their teaching ability and accumulation,actively participate in scientific research activities,in order to improve the overall quality and competency level of young teachers of Ideological and Political Education course in colleges and universities.
