普通高校大学生运动方案设计

摘要 大学生是未来国家建设的主力军,拥有健康的体质是学习与工作的前提,为大学生提供针对性强以及科学有效的运动方案,对于提高大学生体质健康水平有十分重要的作用。查阅相关文献资料发现,近年来大学生体质测试成绩呈持续下滑的状态,在体育课程、课外体育活动以及其他形式的体育活动中,学生的参与度和积极性不高,进行有效锻炼的次数和时间不足。个性化运动方案的益处在于既可以提高学生参与体育活动的积极性,还可以有针对性地提高大学生各方面的身体素质。因此,为大学生提供个性化运动方案让学生对体育活动保持兴趣并形成终身体育锻炼的意识,极具现实意义。 College students are the main force of national construction in the future.Having a healthy constitution is the premise of study and work.Providing college students with targeted,scientific and effective sports programs plays a very important role in improving the physical health level of college students.Referring to relevant literature,it is found that in recent years,college students'physical fitness test scores have continued to decline.In physical education courses,extra-curricular sports activities and other forms of sports,students'participation and enthusiasm are not high,and the frequency and time of effective exercise are insufficient.The benefit of individualized sports program lies in that it can not only improve the enthusiasm of students to participate in sports activities,but also improve the physical quality of all aspects of college students.Therefore,individualized sports programs are provided for college students to keep students interested in sports activities and form a sense of lifelong physical exercise,it is of great practical significance.
