S模式二次雷达II/SI码混合运行的问题研究

Research on the Mixed Operation of II/SI Code for Mode S Secondary Radar

当前,中国在用二次雷达有140套,其中78套为S模式二次雷达,且58套已具备增强S模式能力。在建S模式二次雷达尚有30余套,均具备增强S模式能力。在役的78套S模式雷达在重叠覆盖区域内分配了不同的II码,且II码的数量暂时满足要求。但是,随着新建S模式雷达投入使用,尤其是在东部沿海地区,因为II码资源的短缺,其分配将变得十分困难。考虑到中国未来将继续部署大量S模式二次雷达,且中国与许多国家相邻,为避免因II码资源短缺而引发的冲突,中国正在积极开展对II/SI码混合运行的相关研究。

Currently,there are 140 Secondary Surveillance Radars(SSR)in use in China,78 of which are mode S secondary radars,and 58 of which have enhanced Mode S capability.There are still more than 30 Mode S secondary radars under construction,all with enhanced Mode S capabilities.The 78 Mode S radars in service are assigned different II codes in the overlapping coverage area,and the number of II codes temporarily meets the requirements.However,as the newly-built Mode S radars are put into use,especially in the eastern coastal areas,due to the shortage of II code resources,its allocation will become very difficult.Considering that China will continue to deploy a large number of Mode S secondary radars in the future,and China is adjacent to many countries,in order to avoid conflicts caused by the shortage of II code resources,China is actively carrying out related research on the mixed operation of II/SI codes.
