环境监测在环保工作中发挥了重要的作用,然而在采样、试验、出具报告的过程中会因为采样设备和工具因素、自然环境因素、人为因素等而导致监测结果的准确性和有效性受到怀疑,进而无法公正、客观地对监测对象和所在区域的环境进行评价,因此需要围绕其相关影响因素分析实际操作过程中可能会面对的问题,并研究出有效的解决措施,以提高监测水平,规范取样过程,通过科学的采样来获取真实有效的监测数据。

Environmental monitoring plays an important role in environmental protection.However,the accuracy and effectiveness of monitoring results will be doubted due to sampling equipment and tools,natural environmental factors and human factors in the process of sampling,testing and issuing reports.And it is impossible to evaluate the environment of the monitoring object and the area fairly and objectively.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems that may be faced in the actual operation process around its relevant influencing factors,and study effective solutions to improve the monitoring level,standardize the sampling process,and obtain real and effective monitoring data through scientific sampling.
