随着我国经济的飞速提升,建筑行业也在迅猛发展,越来越多的建筑企业加入到市场竞争行列中,使得建筑业的竞争日益激烈。而建筑业的相关资质能够有效地抑制巨大压力下的不当竞争,促进建筑业的良性发展,因此建筑业资质管理工作至关重要。该文就建筑业资质管理现状进行分析,对其出现的问题提解决措施,希望为相关从业者提供一定帮助。

With the rapid improvement of China's economy,the construction industry is also developing rapidly.More and more construction enterprises have joined the ranks of market competition,which makes the competition in the construction industry increasingly fierce.The relevant qualifications of the construction industry can effectively inhibit the improper competition under great pressure and promote the benign development of the construction industry,therefore the qualification management of the construction industry is very important.This paper analyzes the current situation of qualification management in the construction industry,propose solutions to the problems,hope to provide some help for relevant practitioners.
