摘要
通过对目前国内公司公务用车管理的现状进行分析,发现存在数据处理效率低、公车私用等问题。针对这些问题,利用统一建模语言UML进行现有公务用车系统从软件工程角度进行分析和设计优化方案,进一步完善现有公务用车管理系统,在信息技术角度对用车管理流程进行规范化,提高公务用车的管理效率和可靠性。该文为企业公务用车管理提供可借鉴的参考方案。
By analyzing the current situation of domestic companies'official vehicle management,it is found that there are problems such as low efficiency of data processing,private use of public vehicles and so on.In view of these problems,the Unified Modeling Language(UML)is used to analyze and design the optimization scheme of the existing official vehicle system from the perspective of software engineering,further improve the existing official vehicle management system.Standardize the vehicle management process from the perspective of information technology is to improve the management efficiency and reliability of official vehicles.The paper provides a referenced model for enterprise official vehicle management.
