摘要
通过双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出制备马来酸酐(MAH)接枝线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的相容剂和粘接树脂。利用熔体流动速率仪和傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)对相容剂进行表征和分析;再把相容剂、基体树脂以及相关助剂合成的粘接树脂通过熔体流动速率仪、平板硫化仪和万能试验机分析其在铝塑板中应用的可行性。结果表明:通过调整配方和工艺,在引发剂无味过氧化二异丙苯(BIBP)的作用下,顺利合成相容剂,当MAH的含量为1%,BIBP的含量为0.1%时,相容剂MFR为0.783 g/10 min,GD为0.91%;在粘接树脂的配方中加入30%的相容剂后,得到的粘接树脂在铝塑板中应用良好。
Compatibilizers and hot melt adhesives for maleic anhydride(MAH)grafted linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)were prepared by melt extrusion on a twin-screw extruder.The compatibilizers were characterized and analyzed by melt flow rate meter and Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),then the hot melt adhesives synthesized from the compatibilizers,matrix resins,and related additives were analyzed by melt flow rate meter,flat plate vulcanization meter,and universal testing machine for their feasibility of application in aluminum composite panels.The results showed that:by adjusting the formulation and process,the compatibilizer was synthesized smoothly under the action of the initiator odorless diisopropyl benzene peroxide(BIBP),and when the content of MAH was 1%and the content of BIBP was 0.1%,the compatibilizer MFR was 0.783 g/10 min and GD was 0.91%,after adding 30%of compatibilizer to the formulation of hot melt adhesive,the obtained hot melt adhesive was aluminum-plastic sheet was applied well.
